This was my first trip to Nashville and I saw both President Polk's and Jackson's grave on the same day. President and Mrs. Polk are buried on the capital grounds which sits on a hill and is a very long walk up if you are not use to it. The Polk's house was torn down and their graves were moved to the state capitol.
